Plote Construction Fire



Firefighters battle a reported tire fire on property owned by Plote Construction off of Brandt Drive in Hoffman Estates, Ill. on Saturday, April 11, 2009. The fire, which produced smoke visible from miles away, broke out around 3 p.m. and was mostly contained within the hour.

Fire spreads through dry brush in Red Bank Battlefield Park, in National Park, N.J. on Saturday evening. The fire had started sometime around noon and continued to burn into the evening, moving close to several homes.
