Flooding - Quincy, Illinois

Spent this afternoon along the banks of the Mississippi River in Quincy, Illinois. The Illinois side of the river has already suffered damage from flooding, covering train tracks and flooding several buildings. On the Missouri side, volunteers and soldiers from the Missouri National Guard spent the afternoon reinforcing the levies to prevent further damage to farmers crops.
