Sylvia Harvey (right of center), who traveled from Harlem, NY, waves a flag and loudly cheers in the non-ticketed area of the National Mall as President-Elect Barack Obama is sworn in on Inauguration Day. Harvey traveled to the inauguration with a group of three full buses organized by a neighborhood party planner.
