Zac Vawter for The Wall Street Journal

Zac Vawter has his bionic leg fitted with the help of Elizabeth Halsne, Certified Prosthetist, at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, in Chicago, Ill.
