Carlos Bell, a Washington D.C. resident, listens while holding a flag with the image of the president printed on it, in the non-ticketed area of the National Mall as President Barack Obama speaks after his swearing in. Bell stated "This is momentous. I wish my grandparents could have been here to see this, this is what they fought for."
